It looks amazing, but how long since that pan saw Dawn? I mean I have stuff that looks similar but I swear I can feel pic 2. Slightly tacky from the oil buildup.
I mean this with love. I know some metals that’s just how it’ll get over time unless you plan to sand off the top layer. But it also took me years to figure out how to clean the tackiness without hours of scrubbing and possibly damaging the finish. Fwiw I only cook on cast iron, steel, ceramic, or glass. No anti-stick or anything that flakes. Over time it all gets a patina lol.

A few years ago I got to eat from the Slap Yo Mama food truck. They had fried frogs legs and a Snoop Dogg Monte Cristo sandwich (the bread was waffles, the inside was fried chicken and mac n cheese, then topped with syrup and powdered sugar). God damn was that a good meal!
