


Smoked at 275F for around 2.5 hours and braised in beef tallow for another 3.5 hours. Drained and put back in the smoker for another 14 minutes to tighten up the bark.
Sandwich is toasted sesame bun, the shredded oxtail, Wickles pickles and jalapeños, and some Kinder’s hickory brown sugar bbq sauce.
