    Hot honey on pizza is a niche fad. I have had hot honey on pizza and it does nothing for the pizza tbh.

    I sell a similar pizza but with no ricotta. I use chopped Calabrian peppers and after the bake I add Buratta & straciatella, EVOO tossed arugula and balsamic glaze instead of hot honey.

    Definitely gonna try this pie tomorrow though, looks fuckin heavenly.
