
Ingredients:
112g spam original
220g cauliflower rice
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp tamari soy sauce
1 egg
Recipe:
Get your skillet screaming hot on medium heat with sesame oil in the pan.
Brown spam to your liking.
Add steamable cauliflower rice to the skillet and mix with the spam fat and sesame oil.
Fry for about 3-5 minutes.
Add tamari and mix.
Scramble an egg in a bowl and add to the skillet. Cook until done mixing the whole time.
Plate and eat.

Could you make it look less appetizing please?
You can take this to the next level by browning/ drying out the cauliflower rice in the pan first with a tablespoon of ghee. Then set it aside and add it back in at the very end to combine flavors for a minute.
Makes it all less goopy and brings in some nice toasted flavor.
SPAM gives me the runs. However, I really like that keyboard.
