Everything besides the slicing. Against the grain my brother.

With that slicing, are you trolling us?

Cut it against the grain for gods sake. Lol

Had me until the last pic. Against the grain always.

I accidentally grease fired my ribeyes the other night and they came out perfectly medium rare by sheer dumb luck in 4.5 minutes. A little crispy but all’s well that ends well.

Tri-tips? Always cut against grain for the best tenderness.

Real men know how to handle a grease fire.
(Confession: I lost a gas grill to a grease fire. Will never use gas again!)

Got too much time on your hands if how you cut meat upsets you

If you’re not super well versed with grain direction (we’ve all been there), slice that bitch down the middle to see whether or not you are going the right way. If you are, party on. If you aren’t, turn the halves 90 degrees and slice away.

Beautiful cook! Nice

Looks great! My best tri-tip was when I was doing a reverse sear. During the sear portion, my pellet grill caught fire due to not being cleaned. We were in the pool and could see flames coming from every non sealed part of the grill. Thought I destroyed dinner and my grill. No damage done, and meat was perfect.

Chop it up. Might as well.

I once put a turkey in the oven and the oven died. Put it in my electric smoker and the power went out. Put it on my gas grill and the butter soaked cheesecloth burst into flames. I poured beer on it.
Best turkey every.

That is so much meat. It’s beautiful. Who at all of that?

Oh this. This is definitely not my worried face.
Why would you slice it like that? 😱🤦
Fire makes meat gooder.
