These were provided at my work and are from Maple Donuts in York Pa. The website lists no calories but this is my favorite donut place. Ease give me a guess on each of these bad boys

Each would be impossible as we’d need a breakdown of what they were and the contents (were they filled, cake protested etc) , but I’d say they all look filled and and fried so id be happybto log these as 480 to 520 and the ring donut as 380.
Of course each would vary, but nothing to write home about

I can’t really tell what flavors they all are. But try and look up other donut company nutrition pdfs and compare it to those. Dunkin’ donuts, Krispy Kreme, and Duck Donuts all have their stats online. These look a bit larger so maybe scale it up an additional 10-15%?
