I picked up this one on my way home from work and I don't know how to explain the flavor except for the word bad. I actually gagged, someone please recommend me something for my chicken sandwich 💀

Yeah honestly skip all of their flavors. Much better options at grocery stores or small batch hot sauce websites.

No flavor and no heat, most disappointing hot sauce I have ever tried. Luckily I happened to get a bottle of Melinda’s ghost pepper sauce at the same time.

I bought a bunch or the $1 sample bottles of various Lola’s hot sauce. Just like Tabanero, most of them were pretty bad. The orginal was probably the most tolerable for me. Most ended up shit canned.

Thanks for the heads up. Try some Melindas sauce. Personally it might be my favorite brand because its easily avaliable and most their sauces have really good flavor and a few actually pack heat. My favorite from them right now might be the ghost pepper ranch. Which is funny because I’ve only have ranch a few times in my life and I don’t like it

Interesting I actually thought some of the $1 Lola’s bottles were decent. Wouldn’t say the best over buy would take over most mass produced bottles

I picked this one up sometime, thankfully cheap on clearance. Out of all the dozens of sauces I’ve tried over the past few years, this one joined in small club of sauces I had no use for at all and ended up tossing after a while. I recall it having a strange brown sugar flavor, basically no heat, and an odd off taste. Definitely nowhere near as hot as anyone would expect a reaper sauce to be. No idea what they were going for here.

Once again reading all the comments here apparently my taste is trash because I liked the family reserve. I have since moved on to tobasco scorpion, but I’ll always like lola for annihilating my mouth with that reserve sauce. It kept me going working those overnight shifts.
