4lb rack of Baby Backs
Light coating of soy sauce as the binder, smoked salt, black garlic, black pepper, onion powder and smoked paprika for my seasoning, let it set 3 hours before cooking.
Started them later in the day than I wanted, last minute idea. Did 275f for 3 hours, foil wrapped with butter, honey and some water for 45m in the oven at 275 and sauced em. BBQ sauce locally made.
I've pretty much only cooked ribs on mine so far, and a few chunks of boneless pork shoulder.

Hey! It looks like you posted an image!
If this is a photo of one of your cooks, maybe share the recipe and techniques
used, as it’s almost guaranteed one of the first questions you will be asked!
*What seasoning did you use?
*How long did you cook it, and at what temperature?
*Did you use any special tricks or techniques?
Traeger on!

My dude, the year is 16% over and you’re just doing your first smoke?
Do better! LOL
