Is this going to give problems or can I ignore it? I have no club what caused this.

Mine has the same I claimed under warranty for a new one and it’s still in the box in garage for the last 3 years as I waited to swap and had no issues.
Assuming you boght it new I would claim and get a replacement but nothing to worry about IMHO

My warranty replace has lived in my garage over 5 years. I’m pretty sure it broke from forcing the ash basket in or out.
I have moved it with disassembly and reassembly which solved the problem.

But YOU have a lifetime warranty
And your replacement part and live in your shed as a testament.
