I'm just starting cico and I've been guestimating on some things for a while now. I was buying real good frozen chicken tenders/ nuggets but I wasn't even getting 5 servings for a $9 bag. So trying to make it on my own but at the ripe age of 30 I'm learning my new air fryer.

I used egg, 2 seasoned flour dunks and coated it with olive oil spray. I'm thinking this isn't the best way to do it. Would seasoned panko, breadcrumbs, rice flour, chickpea flour be better or is it all preference?

I divided this into 115g for 5 servings for the week. Google is saying 300 cal. Is that about right? Real good chicken is about 200 cal per serving so wanting to mimic them.

Make sure to weigh your chicken and other ingredients raw. Then weigh the cooked product. Use an app like Loseit to create a recipe. This is the easiest way imo.
