A soft roll and a good mustard is all you needed

I made the mistake of doing them too low and the skin coming out like leather. Keep the heat up a bit for a better “pop”. Also cook a bunch and chop them up and mix them into a batch of baked beans and put it back into the pit for a yummy lunch.

Yup. It’s smoking anyway, and it’s not as though it is difficult to throw some snausages on.
