As part of my journey to experience and cook more Japanese food this year, I made salmon ozachuke and it was SOOOOOO GOOOOOOOD. I dont know why I thought the broth flavor would be muted by the rice but this was a bowl of flavor bomb and I will be making it over and over again.

I ate it with a side of tako su, which was also my first time eating and making it, and I loved it as well.

What should I make next??

Looks delicious. I think you mean to say ‘ochazuke’. Ocha means tea.

I love ochazuke, and this is the most beautiful, deluxe ochazuke I’ve ever seen!

That’s a premium looking ochazuke for sure. Yum!
