How does one even go about curating this? To what end? What happens to all the wine that doesn’t get consumed by the owner? Does the owner continuously replenish what gets used to maintain a full cellar?

What do you think the inventory is worth? Have an old friend from high school who is a doctor who has a cellar insured at 1.75 million. It’s comparable to that cellar.
