Chicken Parmesan
4 boneless chicken breasts- cut in half
4 eggs
2 cups Italian breadcrumbs
1 stick Butter
Olive oil
Parmesan cheese
Tony Chachere’s Creole seasoning
2 cups marinara sauce (homemade or Rao’s)
2 cups Shredded Italian cheese

1. Clean breasts and cut in half lengthwise and pat dry.
2. Whisk eggs. Dip breasts in egg then breadcrumbs and place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
3. Top chicken with butter, olive oil, Parmesan cheese and creole seasoning.
4. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes.
5. Place breast on top of spaghetti and top each breast with sauce and shredded cheese. Bake an additional 5 minutes at 450 degrees to melt and brown cheese or place under oven broiler for 2-5 minutes. Check frequently to make sure it doesn’t burn.
