Looks real tasty, a real “Tampa” Cuban has marinated Roast Pork, Spanish Ham and Genoa Salami, Pickles, mustard and Swiss cheese). Your pork and ham look absolutely delicious! And the pressed bread looks perfectly crunchy 😋 …got me drooling over here 😎

i used to work at a place in tampa bay area where we made the best cubans i’ve tried. quality salami definitely makes a difference. also quality butter melted on the outside in a real plancha/ aka a flat panini press instead of just a normal panini press with grooves. we also made a great mustard forward dijonaise sauce
