Been making Sourdough for a couple weeks now. Really happy with how this one turned out 😊.

Used
125g sourdough starter
325g water
10g salt
500g AP Flour

Did 4 sets of stretch and folds, each 30 min apart. My house it pretty cold so I let it proof over night on the counter and then shaped and left it in the fridge for a couple of hours this morning before baking for 20min at 450 with the lid on and 25 minutes with the lid off.
