This No Knead Bread Recipe is made with just 4 simple ingredients.
No mixer required. No complicated steps. Just mix and bake.
Slow fermentation helps develop better flavor and texture.
The result is a soft, elastic crumb with a beautifully crisp crust.
If your oven does not brown well, you can add 10 g of sugar to the dough.
Ingredients
500 g / 17.6 oz / ≈ 4 cups all-purpose flour
6 g / 2 tsp instant dry yeast
7 g / 1¼ tsp salt
400 ml / 13.53 fl oz / 1⅔ cups water
US cup measurement is based on 240 ml.
Method Summary
• Mix flour, yeast, salt, and water.
• Rest for 30–40 minutes.
• Fold 10–12 times.
• Refrigerate 10–12 hours.
• Shape and rest again.
• Bake at 210°C / 410°F for 25–30 minutes.
• Place a bowl of boiling water in the oven for steam.
Let the bread cool before slicing.

Buenos días. Yo suelo hacer pan 4 o 5 veces en semana, depende de las necesidades del día a día. Hace muchos años que lo hago porque hoy en día en las grandes ciudades el pan es precocido, congelado y no tiene garantías de una buena fermentación. 🤷 El pan es un alimento que consumimos a diario es por lo que me gusta que sea lo más sano posible para mi familia. En su blog he aprendido más para hacerlo mejor. Un gracias muy grande. ❤

I have 2 reasons I bake my own bread.
The most important is that my bread has only 4 healthy ingredients and not a long list of unpronounceable chemicals.
Secondly, here in my city in Canada, a loaf of bread is over $5, while baking it myself, including the ingredients and electricity, it’s about $0.60.
So, safer, less expensive, and wonderful taste and smell in the kitchen.
