Dry brined them in the refrigerator with Fire and Smoke Potato Slayer and Meat Church Blanco.
Smoked them for 90 mins at 225.

I used B&B hardwood charcoal. Smoking woods were cherry, apple, and hickory.

Meat Church is by far one of my favorite rub brands. I like using the Voodoo rub for wings. What’s the Blanco like?

$3.59 For a pack of chicken wings, you lucked out, they charged you for drumsticks.

Post like this really want me to pull the trigger on a Weber kettle. Smoked wings look so good. No one in my circle really bbqs or just has a gas grill (as do I) but I wanna cook more than hot dogs burgers and steaks.
