    These ovens are underrated I have the crosson deck oven 16in. I have had every oven on the market and when I say every oven I mean every oven!! Gozney, ooni,
    Solo stove, Breville, forno bravo, and Alfa This one is my favorite!! I’m not a neoplatan guy! I’m an old fashion NY cheese just like your beautiful pie!!
