Appreciate you giving it your best shot but that wine is probably more exhausted than you were from work.

I also like well aged (ok, slightly oxidized) white wines. I hade an 18 year old CA sauv blanc years ago that was a banger (and it was from Kalin Cellars so it was a new release at that age).
