Take 1 avocado and an egg! Better than bread! I lost weight very quickly.

This bread is light, filling and extremely rich in protein, fiber and healthy fats – a perfect choice for a balanced diet and appetite control.
Avocado provides long-lasting satiety, eggs support metabolism and fat burning, carrot adds natural sweetness and fiber, and mozzarella – protein to maintain muscle mass. Parsley contributes to the purification of the body and better digestion.

  1. Oi nunca experimentei abacate assim??? Gostei da receita bom q podemos por qualquer recheio. Congrats from Brasil!👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👍🏼

  2. I'm sure it's a good substitute for bread, with a pleasant texture, but so many strong – flavoured ingredients ( cheese, egg, etc. ) would make it impossible to taste the avocado.

  3. People are miserable and self-centered that’s why they are critical. They don't like themselves and the Scriptures say the whole world is lying in the power of the wicked one at
1John 5:19. These can’t just look at something and keep their criticisms to themselves. Pray for them, they need it.

  4. Just because someone has some suggestions doesn’t mean they are haters. Nowadays people are so easily offended. I think it’s because they’ve never learned how to take any kind of criticism, even if it’s constructive criticism. That’s a life skill everyone should learn.
Anyway, thanks for the video. Great job!!
