
Hey yall, me again!
Breakfast was overnight oats with some coconut milk as the base, peanutbutter, chia and flax seeds, raspberries and strawberries mashed into a jam consistency to make a pb&j vibe to it. Don’t have a picture sorry! It was just mush looking lol.
Lunch was whole grain bread with 2 slices of roasted turkey breast (like 3oz if that it’s thin sliced), and spinach with some mixed nuts, mango coconut clusters with some seeds and nuts mixed into it and some pita chips with roasted garlic hummus.
I know it sounds like a lot but it was really like 3 coconut clusters (think like 3 inch diameter, a handful of unsalted mixed nuts and like 8 pita chips
For dinner we have lightly seasoned pan seared scallops with a brown rice and quinoa mix and some roasted mushrooms and sweet potatoes with some raspberries and strawberries
