1 tbsp sumac (alternative za’tar or lemon zest)

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Use a food processor to process onion, garlic and parsley

Add mixture to ground chicken along with other spices.

Spread mixture into parchment-lined sheet pan and bake for 18 to 20 minutes, then increase the temperature to broil for three minutes. 

Serve on naan bread or a pita wrap along with tzatziki and fresh cucumber salad.
