Homemade Mediterranean Rub | Easy Mediterranean Rub Recipe

Ingredients:
Ground Cinnamon
Garlic Powder
Turmeric Powder
Coriander Seed
Sea Salt
Black Pepper
Ground Cumin
Smoked Paprika

Exact Measurements:
2 Tablespoons Smoked Paprika
2 Tablespoons Ground Cumin
4 teaspoons Sea Salt
4 teaspoons Black Pepper
4 teaspoons Coriander Seed
4 teaspoons Garlic Powder
4 teaspoons Turmeric Powder
4 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon

Instructions:
Add the seasonings to a small bowl. Whisk to incorporate. Set aside. Roll a small piece of parchment paper into the shape of a cone. Place into a seasoning jar. Set aside. Place a small bowl onto a food scale. Pour the seasoning into the bowl (for exact weight measurements). Separate the seasoning into 2 equal measurements. Transfer into the seasoning jar. Store in the kitchen cabinet.
