What a beauty! But why not going with a single dose grinder to easily switch between beans? I also switch up decaf and regular a lot and it is perfectly fine

Can you help me understand how you end up with a setup like this?
Personally I could not bring myself to spend La Marzocco money on an espresso machine, and then pairing it with grinders like these.
These machines are 2 grand machines dressed up in fancy clothing and costing a lot more than 2 grand new. Which I can understand if you really love the look or found a really good deal second hand. But not without also spending on a really decent grinder as well. It’s such a massive mismatch in capabilities
