I personally don’t love Burger King or McDonald’s, but I will say this…
Burger King’s food has a higher ceiling and a lower floor than McDonald’s. The biggest issue I have with Burger King is how inconsistent it is. Sometimes it hits but a lot of the time, it’s trash. I also do not like their chicken, personally.
McDonalds’ food is all in the same ballpark (*other than their fries, which I feel like are superior to the rest of their food*). But I almost equate it to the Subway standard, in that it doesn’t really matter what you order; everything ends up strangely tasting the same. Almost like a blanket of a very specific flavor was laid over every single ingredient on their line.
Overall; I think McDonald’s is better in terms of overall consistency and quality, but if we’re being real here, I’m getting a local burger or (*in the interest of time*) Culver’s 10/10 times over either of them and never regretting it.
