    750g chicken thighs (Marinated in 42g honey, ⅛ cup EVOO, a splash of Worcestershire sauce)

    Hummus (55g per bowl)

    Cuke and tomato salad (A whole cucumber and a small pack of grape tomatoes, cubed, in a splash of EVOO)

    1200 g Sweet potato (Cubed with garlic powder, paprika, salt and pep, tossed in 2 tsp of EVOO and baked at 425 for 45 min, turning halfway)

    Tzatziki sauce (1 tbsp per bowl)

    Feta (17g per bowl)

    Not included is the rice
