Muse Brasserie, the third in its growing chain, will launch at Gloucester Quays in mid-April 2026, joining its existing locations in Cheltenham and Bristol.
The Gloucester branch will feature seasonal British dishes rooted in classic French technique and enriched with spices inspired by Muse’s Indian heritage.
Limon Rahman, founder of Muse, said: “Muse has always been about doing things differently.
“Our mix of French technique and Indian heritage gives us something that’s truly our own.
“As we grow, we’re focused on keeping that identity strong and making every restaurant feel special.”
The new site aims to be a “relaxed yet elegant” dining space, featuring its signature apple blossom tree and a soft pink and teal colour scheme.
The menu will include locally inspired specials designed by the in-house team to reflect the character and flavours of Gloucester.
In addition to its main offerings, Muse Gloucester will serve Sunday brunch and host an intimate monthly supper club that encourages guests “to connect over good food and conversation.”
The restaurant will open with a soft launch week, including meet-the-chef evenings and menu previews.
Following the launch, Muse Gloucester will open seven days a week, offering both lunch and dinner service.
