Ingredients:
Zucchini — 3
Onions — 4
Tomatoes — 4
Red sweet peppers — 3
Yellow sweet pepper — 1
Garlic — 3 cloves
Cheese — to taste
Olive oil
Salt, black pepper, paprika
Italian herbs
Dill and parsley
👩🍳 Instructions:
Thinly slice the zucchini, salt it, and let it rest for 10 minutes, then pat dry.
Coat with olive oil and spices, then bake for 20 minutes at 190°C (390°F).
Sauté the onions in olive oil, add tomatoes, spices, and Italian herbs, and cook for 5–7 minutes.
Separately sauté the sweet peppers with salt, then add garlic and chopped herbs.
Layer: tomatoes with onions → zucchini → peppers → herbs → zucchini → remaining tomatoes.
Bake for 20 minutes at 190°C (390°F).
Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for another 10 minutes.
