So I can’t seem to find many reviews or peoples experiences with these newer La Pavoni Cellini Evolution machines. I wondered if many people on here have any user experience? Thoughts on the machines compared to other HX machines would be great! Thanks

Contemplating it when upgrading, but we’ll probably get a dual boiler. How is it?

It’s hard to believe that any manufacturer would release a machine in this price class without a PID.
I have the older Cellini Classic. HX. Vib pump. Couldn’t be any happier. Produces excellent shots and milk steaming power.
