This spicy, fresh, and flavorful meze is the perfect side dish for kebabs, grilled meats, or even just warm bread.
🥗 Ingredients:
• Tomatoes
• Red bell peppers
• Green peppers
• Onion
• Garlic
• Fresh parsley
• Tomato paste
• Red pepper paste
• Lemon juice
• Olive oil
• Salt
• Red pepper flakes
• Paprika
• Black pepper
🔪 How to Make Turkish Ezme:
1. Wash and roughly chop all vegetables.
2. Blend tomatoes, peppers, onion, and garlic until finely minced (not a purée).
3. Add tomato paste, pepper paste, spices, salt, and olive oil.
4. Mix well and adjust lemon juice to taste.
5. Let it rest for a short time to develop full flavor.
Serve fresh with kebabs, grilled meat, or warm flatbread.
