This is one of my favorite dishes – recommendations for places in CT or NH that have it? The one I know and love is Imperial Buffet in Newington, CT – I get carryout salt & pepper shrimp there about once a month when I’m in town. Sooooooo heavenly!!!!

For the extreme version, hit up Lotus of Siam in Vegas for their garlic shrimp.
U15 scrimps with the shell attached at the tail but split from the body, which makes the shell the best, cruchiest thing ever, and the shrimp succulent.
They even devein them so that one whiny bitch all over these comments doesn’t have to worry about shrimp poop!

I’m a pretty prolific cook, but I have to admit I’ve never seen that. Pretty cool. Will def give it a try. Hell, any excuse to crack open a cold beer. Thanks for sharing.
