What a tough guy. Good luck on the job search, man!

Man, between the Dollarama security guard with brass knuckles (prohibited in Canada) the other day and now this, my home province is really swingin’ for the fences on our reputation online. I mean… it’s Manitoba, so the fence is only an arms length away… and several fence boards are missing because a meth head stole them to fuel a fire down by the Red River to burn the insulation off the copper wires he also stole to sell for scrap. Then that fire spread to the nearby tent town that’s full of also definitely not stolen bikes… What were we talking about again?

Now go post this video as a google review.

  4. ranting_chef

I doubt this all has to do with the kid being gone for three days.

  5. shamashedit

Glad it’s documented, now post it all over and tag all their social media.

Calling the health inspector/authority was the right thing to do.

  6. therealdanhill

That place is gross, and I don’t think this video needs to be made public

  7. YoullBruiseTheEggs

Sounds like he’s fuckin CAUGHT. Proud of you OP. I got a job for you down in VT if you’re ever state side.

  8. No_Sundae4774

“What gives you the right to call the health inspector” lol. Maybe because OP is trying to protect people’s health. 🤔

  9. LedKremlin

You done good. You may have even saved a life or two. Thank you.

No one that works in that kitchen needs to be notified. That shit is foul and the leadership should be fired

  11. Upset-Zucchini3665

That manager could use a kick in the nuts for his attitude alone.

“What gives you the right to get upset.” — the manager

  13. StrangeArcticles

Fuck Tyson. Not sure we need the health department or the nuclear strike, but you did good either way.

  14. LionBig1760

If any chef ever asks you why you have the right to be upset over something like this, the reply is: “I’m being asked to taste the food I cook for customers, and I fear for my own health when I cook here. These are hazardous conditions I’m being asked to work under, and it should be up to at least a minimum standard of not having rotted food in the walk in.”

Hey you should feel great about what kind of person you are

  16. poop-money

That manager needs to eat a shift meal from all the dirty bullshit you found in the kitchen. If he doesn’t like that? Tell him to eat the corn out of your shit and move on.

“What gives you the right to go over me?”

I’d say something smartass like “I’m pretty sure we’ll have the same rank when we’re both in the unemployment line?”

  18. Ripersnifel

“What gives you the right to get upset?”
One does not need to be given permission to have emotions
“What gives you the right to contact the health department?”(Or whatever the fuck he said)
A basic understanding of morality and ethics.

that kitchen hasn’t been cleaned in months, or years even. that def didn’t happen while this guy was gone for a short break

  20. culinarian85

4sec to the end is a case of onions with the order sticker. The places name is on it. I can’t get a clear image to read it however…

  21. twotterthis

The new reviews on Google are coming in hot

  22. Fuck Chef Tyson Guiboche, dirty little bitch that he is.

  23. zigaliciousone

OP got all the receipts. THAT is how you document

  24. TheClownKid

Greener pastures, friend. Start submitting that resume around. Maybe don’t tell them you called the health inspector on your last employer.

  25. spookyhooch

I called that Manitoba accent immediately! Good for you calling the health board mate. That place is an abomination. Chef should be dragged out in to the streets and never work another place again. Also thanks for naming and shaming. We love to see it. It’s not like this was something out of his control.

  26. HolyObscenity

First time I cleaned out behind the drawer of one place it was bread crumbs plus the mold. Pile was about 3 in high.

  27. Good on you ✊️
I hope you have a backup job and/or there are whistleblower protections in Manitoba, cause I wouldn’t be surprised if that jackass fires you. Good riddance, of course, but would hate to see someone struggle just for doing the right thing.

  28. RussellZee

“What gives you the right?” Uh, a moral obligation to protect the public from your scummy ass?

  29. banjomike1986

Anyone can own a restaurant, not everyone should be allowed too!

“what gives you the right to have independent thoughts, huh?’
