    Ive never heard of blade tenderized before unless it was cube steak, which I love. I cook my meat well done anyways so they could inject E coli right into and I wouldnt know the difference.

    I’ve been cooking all Types of steaks from Costco for probably close to 40 years-always medium rare. And nobody in my family has ever gotten sick.
