    Love the idea for the rub. Pull earlier. It never needs to hit 145°f even when rested to be safe. A loin this big could be pulled a lot earlier and rested. Love the binder and rub.

    Looks great. Nice crust on that pork loin and still juicy inside. That Worcestershire and Fire sauce combo sounds like it’d give it a solid kick too.
