    love how balanced this looks! the portions seem super reasonable too which is something i’m still working on tbh. that breakfast setup looks like it would actually keep you satisfied without the afternoon crash – i’ve been trying to nail that combo of protein + carbs + healthy fats in the morning but sometimes i still end up hangry by 11am lol

    curious about your timing – do you naturally eat smaller portions or did you have to train yourself to feel satisfied with this amount? i’m always impressed when people share realistic daily eats that aren’t either 800 calories or 3000 calories
