used some kind of coffee seasoning had taste but id say its more akin to the thought of grilled chicken not coffee if that makes sense

Jarlic, superior light soy sauce, smoked paprika, horseradish mustard, turmeric, toasted sesame oil, and course black pepper.
I don’t have measurements since I eyeball it but my wife and kids get excited every single time. I use a whole pack of chicken thighs for this if that helps. 8 to 10 per pack.

So good, so easy and so cheap. Lots of stores will have buy one get two specials. For me on my pellet grill, its about 45min at 325-350F with olive oil and garlic pepper. Skin up 30min then flip skin down for 15min.
