One thing I can't have shellfish, I remember an event in Seveirville, there was a day long event all the food and drink you wanted from like noon-6 for $25…well needless to say I heard shrimp and grits, not thinking I said just grits , please…that was my bad 😂 but I can never say no to a grit 😋

I mean who knows how the public today puts garbage in food—so ix-ne the grits…and shrimp, I guess is ok in moderation, but it's so high in cholesterol…..Is there a way it can be prepared that won't be so high in cholesterol?
