Pleasantly surprised how nice this tasted, could have eaten 3 times as much, but calories. 60g sushi rice, teaspoon of soy, one of gochujang paste and one of chilli crunch, mixed up and then a leftover roast chicken thigh chopped up and placed on top before cooking. I forgot to add chilli paste and ginger, and some green would have been good, but for a quick rice cooker lunch it was topper. Some crispy onions for garnish.
