Chicago-inspired restaurant D.L. Mack’s continues its expansion in Dallas with an opening March 4, 2026, in West Village.
The McKinney Avenue restaurant will be the third D.L. Mack’s in Dallas, following those in University Park and in Preston Hollow. Its Dallas-based parent company operates American restaurant Hudson House, which has eight locations in Dallas-Fort Worth.
Hudson House opened in West Village a few weeks ago, in the former — and longtime — Mi Cocina. The new D.L. Mack’s moves into the former MidiCi pizza shop nearby. The company will open a third restaurant, Ten Ramen, in Uptown’s West Village in late 2026, according to a company statement.
D.L. Mack’s sells cracker-thin pizzas, salads, a cheeseburger and Italian-American dishes like chicken Parmesan and spicy rigatoni. Martinis are popular.

CEO Hunter Pond said the restaurant was designed to “feel familiar the second you walk in.”
D.L. Mack’s is at 3699 McKinney Ave., Suite 106, Dallas. Expected to open March 4, 2026. Open for lunch and dinner, seven days a week.

D.L. Mack’s is described by its founder as a Chicago-style tavern with pizzas and American classics.
