    1 cup black beans
    1 corn cut off the cob
    1 cup mayo
    1/2 cup sour cream
    Zest and juice 1 lime
    2 tbsps cilantro
    1 diced jalapeño
    1/2 diced red onion
    1/2 diced red and green bell pepper
    Chicken bouillon powder, AP seasoning, cumin, chili powder, smoked paprika
