I added beef and spring onion to make it more interesting, and more nutritious.

It’s such a great way to cook rice cake and beef together, and it turned out seriously delicious. Simple upgrade, deeeelicious flavour!

    I just picked up some pork belly and have the skin still. I may do this with some fried pork skin.
