
I’ve finally mastered soya chunks, and I love them. Super cheap meat alternative, I paid €0.50 for 100g, and I made 5 meals from that. Make them with garlic, onion, ssamjang, tomato sauce, and sweet chilli sauce. Absolutely delicious. Next time, I’ll add some mushrooms and carrots too.
Around 40 grams (uncooked) of rice, made more filling with Konjac rice, edamame and cranberry beans. Sprinkled some furikake on top too. Add to that some roasted butternut squash, and you got yourself a super filling meal with almost 14g of fiber, 22g of protein, and only 417 calories.
