More Ways Than One | Series 3 | Beef & Lentil Ragu

A rich and flavourful base that uses beef mince for depth and added lentils for an easy boost of gut-loving fibre💫 This will then be transformed into 4 delicious different dinners (you could say its one pot, four portions…). This week they are:

  1. Kinda irrelevant but yesterday i tried your self saucing mug cake because i wanted to try the ina garten one but didnt have an hour. I was skeptical because it didn't have egg and i was kind of eyeballing it because i didnt have that malt stuff you used but the cake was SO GOOD. it is now my favourite mug cake recipe
