    I love having Picanha when I’m in Brazil

    They literally just use special rock salt, and an open flame and it’s crazy good

    I used the fresh market Argentinian reserve. No trim off the fat cap. Roasted in the oven at 250°F until they hit 125 °F. Then I seared it on my Weber for two minutes on each side.
