I can’t really imagine cheese and bologna together. I like fried baloney with carmelized onions and spicy hot mustard, no cheese.
Can anyone suggest a cheese that goes fantastic with bologna and change my mind? I’m open to trying a cheese that would enhance this particular sandwich, but there’s been none that I’ve added that I particularly enjoyed yet.
