Salsa roja recipe: -6 green tomatillos -half of a yellow onion -3 serranos (can use only 1 or 2 if you like it less spicy) -2 jalapeรฑos -cilantro -8 chili de arbol (can used less but I wanted mines spicy) -small can of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce -salt & chicken bouillon powder
Boil the washed tomatillos until the color has changed into a light green colored. Toast the serranos, jalapeรฑos, yellow onion into a pan with a little bit of oil. Can also used the oven or air fryer too instead of toasting. Add the chili de arbol last in the pan to toast for about 1 minute. Add asmall whole can of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, cilantro, salt and chicken bouillon powder with the cooked ingredients into food processor or blender and add about a 1/4 cup of the water from the boiled tomatillos too. Blend everything and should be ready to eaten with anything! Add more salt or chicken powder to your own liking and taste. Enjoy ๐

Now make your own tortillas.
240g masa harina, 5g salt, 3g fat, 320g warm water. Add more seasoning if you like.
I use some fat from the taco meat
Mix and wrap in plastic wrap. Let it sit for about an hour. Portion out into 10 2oz balls. Keep moist.
Squish to 1/8โ thick and grill
