Shredded pot roast, caramelized onions, provolone, and horseradish.

Umm my mouth! Haha. Ok, just butter and avocado. Looks wonderful!

That looks so good. I’d toast it and put whatever cold cuts and condiments I have at the time on it.

this is definitely gonna trigger someone’s trypophobia lol. but looks delicious.

I would put it in French onion soup

I get it but I also don’t… it’s missing all the bread

Do you have a specific recipe for this? I’ve tried several recipes and haven’t ever been able to get all those holes. I didn’t try using my sourdough starter though.

I’d put another sourdough ciabatta loaf in it

I would toast the cut side in a pan with butter and then slather Orange marmalade and almond butter on it.

Grilled Andouille, Provolone, fresh chopped green onions, roasted garlic. For the record that ciabatta looks fantastic.

OP I’m kinda sorry to say this because everyone is telling you this is great but it’s not. There is basically no bread, it’s all air.

Honestly, go post on /r/sourdough and ask them what happened. You’ll get an honest answer and ask how to the crumb a bit denser. You have the passion, you could be a couple of loaves away from greatness!

Why did you bring it outside to slice or eat?
