    Love this plate, my plates end up looking very substantial like this too but I’ll eat riced cauliflower, roasted veggies and x amount of chicken or salmon. I really like volume eating but sometimes I feel like I’m really not doing something right when I see what other people post. I do weigh and use a tracker so I know it’s not lying but I second guess myself when I have a nice substantial meal but I’ll see a days worth for someone else on here being one tortilla and a pack of tuna.
