Used oil from these Sardines in Tapenade to season chickpeas, cabbage and onion and roasted until soft. Added sardines last minute to warm and tossed in a tahini/yogurt sauce.

NA Hazy IPA to wash it down.

GF is out tonight so that means smelly dinner for me.
